 <title>Multipath TCP in the Linux kernel</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Based on results from the &lt;a&gt;Trilogy project&lt;/a&gt;, the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ietf.org&quot;&gt;IETF&lt;/a&gt; has recently started the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ietf.org/dyn/wg/charter/mptcp-charter.html&quot;&gt;MPTCP&lt;/a&gt; working group that builds a major extension to TCP that will allow hosts and servers to use TCP connections that efficiently use several paths. This extension is expected to be very useful for a large number of hosts ranging from multihomed servers to mobile devices having a WiFi and a 3G interface.&lt;/p&gt;
